Today the American Psychiatric Association announced the creation of the 25th Amendment Countdown Calendar to maintain an estimate of how close America is to invoking the 25th Amendment. A spokesperson explains, “Initially we gave Biden an optimistic 1 year until complete cognitive breakdown thinking he might still be President in January 2022. Over the course of Biden’s first 100 days Biden made fewer public appearances than any President in modern history and most of those appearances showed concerning amounts of babbling, forgetfulness, and confusion. In light of that we adjusted our estimate down to 10 months. After constantly confusing Syria and Libya at the G7 Summit we took another month off our estimate. Finally, Biden whispering his way through last week’s press conference led us to adjust that estimate down to 8 months before the 25th Amendment is invoked. At this point, none of us see President Biden making it to September.”
